Thesis Coffee Collective opened in September 2025 as Minneapolis's first dedicated slow bar, a deliberate WiFi-free space blocks from Bde Maka Ska where guests are invited to settle in and taste rather than work and scroll. The 1000-square-foot space, built with skate-park materials - wood, concrete, metal - functions as a multi-roaster tasting lounge with curated vinyl sounds and drinks served in whiskey glasses over large ice. One of the most original concepts to land in the Twin Cities in years.
