Opened in 2023 in Withington's former Wilderness record shop, Something More Productive is a European-style neighborhood cafe and bar that fills a genuine gap for quality specialty coffee in south Manchester. Founder Theo Tobias - along with his cockapoo Roscoe - created a space that works as a co-working cafe by day and hosts monthly jazz nights, wine tastings and quiz evenings by night. The coffee is locally sourced and the atmosphere is warm, inclusive and genuinely community-minded.
