Opened by a couple who met while working in Amsterdam's specialty coffee scene, Procaffeinated brings relaxed European cafe culture to Salford's regenerating Chapel Street. The house espresso comes from Heart and Graft in Manchester with rotating single-origin options from Square Mile and European guest roasters. A full Mediterranean-inspired brunch menu - much of it made in-house including sourdough, pastries and cakes - makes this one of Salford's most complete all-day destinations.
