Founded in 2019 by Lisa, Pedro and Joao, SO roasts in batches never exceeding 30 kilograms, focusing on micro-lots from single-origin and single-harvest farms. The name references the Portuguese word for Southwest, anchoring the project firmly in Porto's identity. The Rua de Sa de Noronha cafe features rotating origin cards at the bar and a clean, bright interior suited to focused work or leisurely tasting. Additional locations operate at Largo dos Loios and Rua da Restauracao.
