Housed in a beautifully restored heritage building on Milligan Street, Smooth Operator has served Twin Peaks coffee alongside a rotating guest selection since the shop opened. The wood-panelled interior is cosy and low-key, with a handful of indoor seats and a few outside. Toasties and baked treats round out a menu that is deliberately short and very well executed.
