Blacklist's Subiaco Concept Store is the closest thing Perth has to a cellar-door tasting room for coffee. A rotating filter brew bar presents rare and high-scoring single-origin lots served in wine glasses with printed tasting notes, and a $12 tasting flight lets you sample the full board. The Welshpool roastery behind the brand won awards within years of opening in 2014, and the Subiaco outpost has been drawing serious coffee drinkers since 2019.
