Founded by Semhz Lee, Slow Coffee Person is a Muji-inspired space on Church Street filled with green plants and deliberate calm. Everything is done manually and methodically, with a Lyn Weber EG-1 grinder at the heart of the setup. The cafe also serves matcha, specialty teas, and house-made cakes, making it one of the more serene places in George Town to slow down with a well-brewed cup.
