Altertaste operates out of a striking open coffee bar in the George Town heritage zone, with an interior design that doubles as a lifestyle space. The all-day menu covers specialty coffee alongside light food and dessert, and the after-dark Gastro Bar running inside the same building makes it one of the few Penang cafes that transitions into evening. The open bar format lets guests watch the entire brewing process unfold.
