Siop - Welsh for shop - is the doughnut and coffee destination that quietly became one of Manchester's most original cafes since opening on Tib Street in 2017. Co-founders Iwan and Lucy roast their own beans and pair them with rotating seasonal doughnuts in flavours like peanut butter jelly, cherry crumble and coffee hazelnut. The colourful interior and playful aesthetic make it one of the most photographed spots in the Northern Quarter, but the coffee is serious enough to carry the room on its own.
