Single Origin Roasters is true to its name, specializing almost exclusively in single-origin Ethiopian beans that the team roasts in-house for both espresso and pour-over preparation. The cafe relocated from south Shanghai to Jiaozhou Lu in late 2017 to be closer to the Jing'an specialty coffee cluster. The glass-enclosed terrace space stays comfortable in winter and the 27 RMB latte is well below neighborhood average pricing.
