The Shanghai outpost of China's most celebrated specialty roaster, founded by Peng Jinyang -- known globally as Captain George -- who won the 2025 World Brewers Cup championship. The space is divided into a casual lounge, a retail bean area, and a dedicated precision brewing bar where pour-over selections rotate with seasonal harvests from Guizhou, Ethiopia, El Salvador, and Colombia. An infrared thermometer lets customers track how flavor evolves as their cup cools.
