The roasting-focused sibling of Ristr8to, Roast8ry puts the production side of the operation on display with an in-house roaster visible from the bar. Beans are sourced from northern Thai hill tribe farms as well as select international lots. The space is larger and more relaxed than the original espresso bar, making it a natural all-day anchor on the Nimman strip. A reliable place to pick up whole-bean bags to take home.
