Operated inside a boutique hotel near the Night Bazaar area, Barisotel brings Ristr8to's specialty pedigree into a full-service all-day setting. The bar runs siphon and manual filter alongside full espresso, and the food menu is substantial enough for a proper meal. It serves guests and walk-ins equally well and does not feel hotel-captive in tone or quality. One of the few Chiang Mai venues where you can get serious filter coffee at dinner.
