Barista Pepe Betteta and artist Felipe Rull built Purita around a simple belief: back to the origin, no shortcuts. The cafe rotates beans from Alquimista and the artisan roaster El Hombre Pez, keeping a strict single-origin only bar policy that rewards curious palates. Brioche sandwiches, yogurt bowls, and waffles fuel the daytime crowd, while handcrafted cocktails take over in the evening.
