Established in 2011, Phil Coffee Company is one of Bangkok's oldest and most respected specialty roasters, pioneering small-batch direct-trade roasting from a Bang Na facility before expanding to the current Sukhumvit 51 cafe. Phil sources heavily from Thai highland farms and presents both espresso and V60 filter programs with a transparency about green-bean provenance that was rare in Bangkok when they launched. Roughly three-quarters of output supplies wholesale accounts across Thailand, giving the in-cafe experience the gravity of a genuine roastery visit.
