Founded by two Venezuelan sisters who trained at Monmouth Coffee in London, Ceresia has been roasting small-batch single-origins at Sukhumvit 41 since 2013, offering up to six rotating origins weekly spanning Thailand, India, Guatemala, and Colombia. The white-walled, plant-lined space at Phrom Phong is serene by Bangkok standards and open every day including public holidays. Their direct-trade sourcing relationships and meticulous roast profiles have earned Ceresia a loyal following among the city's most discerning coffee drinkers.
