Romanian founder Gabriel Carol, a 2018 Romanian Brewers Cup champion and 2018 World Brewers Cup ninth-place finisher, designed PAGA on Sukhumvit 31 as an all-white communal space dedicated exclusively to single-origin filter and espresso coffee with zero flavored syrups or sweetened drinks. Carol encourages phone-free moments and personal coffee education, creating a quietly focused atmosphere in a city known for elaborate drinks. Signature drinks like Freddo and Paga showcase whipped coffee techniques, open daily 8am to 5pm.
