Tucked into the Nishihara shopping arcade near Hatagaya Station, Paddlers has been serving weekly-imported Stumptown beans to a loyal neighborhood crowd since 2015. The shop is run by owner Daisuke Matsushima and offers a calm, woody interior with communal tables that make it feel like Portland transplanted to quiet west Shibuya. The Nano Challa from Ethiopia is a perennial standout.
