BONGENCOFFEE's original Ginza location is a compact, Japanese-minimalist café in Higashi-Ginza's backstreets, distinguished by bonsai displays, burnt cedar joinery, plastered walls, and a coffered ceiling that evokes a traditional tearoom. Owner Wataru Shiraishi developed a "high-craft modest roast" technique preserving aroma and freshness, offering around 17 coffee varieties. The Bongen Latte Rich and precision pour-overs have made this a destination café for specialty seekers in the upscale district.
