Bucharest's founding specialty cafe and roastery, open since 2013 on Strada Lipscani in the heart of Old Town. Origo set the template for the city's third-wave scene with a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle espresso machine, Mahlkonig EK43 grinder, and a full alternative-brew menu including AeroPress, siphon and Hario V60. A second location operates on Calea Dorobanti; both remain essential reference points for understanding where Bucharest's coffee story began.
