Launched in 2022 by three coffee-obsessed friends, Nudo sits within the Sidewalk Kitchens collective on Via Bonvesin de la Riva and operates as both roastery and café, inviting guests to taste single origins roasted on premises with guided explanations from the team. Training courses and workshops extend the learning programme beyond the cup. Coffee Insurrection and Gambero Rosso have both highlighted it as a model for transparent, education-led specialty retail in Milan.
