Set in a spacious industrial shophouse with glasshouse-style ceilings and abundant natural light, Norm Micro Roastery is both a serious specialty roaster and a full-menu cafe. High-acid, fruit-forward roasts define the house style, and the food programme - including well-executed brunch plates - matches the coffee quality. It is one of the few Penang cafes that holds its own as a destination for food and coffee in equal measure.
