Nine One sources and roasts its own northern Thai beans, with a particular focus on lots from Doi Saket and surrounding mountain villages. The Nimman shopfront is clean and minimal, letting the coffee speak rather than the decor. Filter options rotate with harvest season, and the espresso menu is kept deliberately short to maintain quality. A quieter alternative to the busier destinations on Soi 9.
