Occupying a heritage pasticceria space on Circonvallazione Ostiense that has been in operation since the late 1950s, Nero Vaniglia layers specialty coffee research onto a traditional pastry shop identity under owner Giorgia Grillo. The bean selection spans Oro Caffe espresso blends through Ditta Artigianale and Edo Quarta Specialty Coffee for filter, and the puff pastry croissants, cinnamon rolls and maritozzi are all made in the open back workshop visible from the counter.
