Moonshine Coffee Roasters (privately known as 私釀咖啡商行) was founded in 2018 by Zenki Ho, an SCA-certified instructor and 2023 Hong Kong Brewers Cup champion. The Dunnan flagship in Da'an occupies a striking white-facade shophouse with exposed concrete interiors and focuses on small-batch roasting with a strong filter-first philosophy. Beans are sourced for clarity and balance, reflecting Ho's competition-grade palate.
