Fika Fika is Taipei's benchmark for Nordic-style specialty coffee, founded by James Chen who took both the espresso and roasting categories at the 2013 Nordic Barista Cup. The menu revolves around single-origin aeropress and pour-over, with beans roasted in a Scandinavian light-roast tradition.
