Opened in 2021 on Gormannstraße 16 in Mitte, Meier's is Berlin's only café dedicated exclusively to Vietnamese-grown Arabica, air-freighted fresh from La Viet roastery in Dalat's coffee highlands. The menu pairs a house espresso blend with V60 single-origins and the traditional phin filter, producing clean, terroir-driven cups rarely found elsewhere in the city. Weekend bao buns tie the concept neatly to its Vietnamese roots.
