The Manchester Coffee Company operates out of a pair of converted railway arches on Hewitt Street - the only combined coffee bar and roastery of its kind in the city's arch network. ManCoCo roasts specialty-grade single-origin beans in-house and serves them across a full brew bar, offering everything from espresso to aeropress and V60. The roastery also runs a barista training school from the same space, making it a genuine hub for coffee education in the region.
