Lyttelton Coffee Company has been roasting and serving coffee from its London Street cafe in the harbour-side village of Lyttelton since 2007, supplying around 30 wholesale clients across the Canterbury region. The all-day menu is 70 percent vegetarian, the licence allows for DJs and live music, and the outdoor tables offer some of the best harbour views of any coffee venue in the South Island. A strong commitment to zero-waste practices includes stainless steel milk canisters that save thousands of cartons from landfill annually.
