The sister restaurant to Floriditas, Loretta at 181 Cuba Street occupies the ground floor beneath the Parsonson Architects studio and leans into a minimalist Mediterranean aesthetic with wood-fired flatbreads, housemade crumpets and croque madame anchoring the menu. Coffee is taken seriously here, with the same quality-first approach as its neighbour a few doors down the street. Open daily from 8am through to evening with a menu that moves confidently between brunch and dinner registers.
