Leftfield Coffee Roasters operates from a small factory cafe on Drake Street in Osborne Park, roasting fine single-origin beans on a 1950s German Probat and opening Tuesday to Friday 9am to 3pm. The ethos is precision sourcing and transparency -- each lot is traced to farm level -- and the resulting cups are clean and texturally expressive. Retail beans, brewing equipment and wholesale accounts are all available direct from the roastery.
