The Via Piave outpost of the beloved Trastevere boulangerie, opened November 2023 in partnership with Picapau Coffee Roastery founder Emanuele Bernabei. A dedicated specialty coffee corner with pink cups sits alongside cases of pain au chocolat, savory delicatessen and Apulian-French pastries, all made in the open laboratory at the back. The thirty-cover space is busy from 8am and runs until 7pm daily.
