Kuppa draws on 60 years of family coffee farming in Bacolod, roasting their own beans on-site two to three times a week. The BGC Commercenter location is co-owned by one of the Philippines' rare Q-graders, Karen Lo-Tsai, bringing certification-level rigor to every cup.
