Kona Coffee Purveyors operates out of the International Marketplace in Waikiki in a celebrated collaboration with San Francisco-based b. patisserie, pairing freshly roasted 100 percent Kona beans with pastries produced and baked throughout the day on-site. The operation sources directly from farms on the slopes of Hualalai volcano and roasts in small batches for maximum freshness. Few cafes anywhere offer such direct farm-to-cup provenance backed by a world-class pastry program.
