Kolo Coffee was founded in 2024 by Vladyslav Demonenko, runner-up at the 2022 Coffee in Good Spirits championship and 2023 Ukrainian Brewers Cup champion, and quickly claimed the title of Berlin's Best Specialty Coffee Shop at the 2025 Berlin Coffee Week. The Brunnenstrasse address in Mitte announces itself with vivid orange outdoor furniture, and inside, the roastery applies championship-level precision to every roast and brew. Clean, balanced flavors that work equally well as espresso or filter distinguish Kolo from Berlin's already competitive specialty field.
