Knots Coffee Roasters is the first Hawaii outpost of a Tokyo-based roaster, operating out of the Queen Kapiolani Hotel with a direct view across to Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo. The cafe is lauded for its locally roasted beans and inventive tea and coffee creations and carries grab-and-go items suited for picnics in the adjacent park. Unique flavored lattes and a polished Japanese aesthetic set it apart from the standard Waikiki coffee offering.
