Kinfolx is a Black-owned coffee shop and wine bar in the heart of Uptown Oakland, pouring espresso drinks made with Mother Tongue Coffee by day and natural wine by evening. Floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed metal beams, and curated Afro-centric artwork make it one of Oakland's most photographed interiors. The space actively hosts community events and pop-ups and operates as an inclusive neighborhood gathering point with gender-neutral restrooms and a welcoming room.
