Khagee sits in the quieter Santitham neighbourhood north of Nimman, drawing regulars who prefer a more local feel over tourist-facing cafes. The roastery-cafe model means fresh lots from Doi Inthanon and Chiang Rai arrive regularly and are brewed on-site within days of roasting.
