A multi-roaster brew house in a heritage red-brick building on Dale Street that has been a cornerstone of Manchester's third-wave scene since 2014. The ever-changing coffee line-up draws from respected roasters like Hard Lines, La Cabra, Tim Wendelboe and Square Mile, rotated on both espresso and filter bar. The homemade sweet pies - cherry, pecan, salted caramel apple - are as celebrated as the coffee, and brunch service here is a genuine Manchester institution.
