Opened in October 2025 on Shotwell Street, Hedge Coffee brings its ethically-sourced bean program and event-catering pedigree to a permanent Mission space built around an open-roof courtyard anchored by a 20-foot living redwood. The U-shaped pour-over bar seats about 20 and places the brewing front and center. The Infatuation reviewed it favorably within weeks of opening.
