Since Eileen Hassi Rinaldi opened on Valencia in 2005, Ritual has been a foundational voice in American specialty coffee. The sourcing team visits partner farms in Central America, South America, and Africa at least once per season, and baristas brew filter on the V60 with standardized ratios for precision and consistency. The Valencia cafe is still the emotional home of the operation.
