Founded by James and Sean - the latter once the UK's youngest Q grader and a seasoned green coffee buyer - Heart and Graft is one of Manchester's most respected independent roasteries, operating from a converted workshop in Cheetham Hill. The roastery welcomes visitors Monday to Friday for coffee and is known for regular cupping events, barista training and a genuine commitment to community. Their single-origin line-up draws from Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, Rwanda and beyond, roasted to a standard that has made them the choice of many city restaurants and cafes.
