Hands and Heart is a hyper-focused hand-brew bar in the quiet Sukhumvit 67 corridor, roasting its own AA-grade single-origin lots and serving them exclusively as pour-over, Aeropress, and Chemex with no espresso program. The understated interior, inspired by Teshima Art Museum in Japan, strips away everything but the coffee, presenting rotating seasonal Kenya, Colombia, and Thailand origins in white cups alongside a tight selection of pastries. Owner Thanapong hand-grinds each order individually, making speed secondary to precision.
