A transparent, quality-focused roastery and cafe founded by Adrian Simion and Floriana Vlaicu, Guido has been one of the most important wholesale suppliers to Bucharest's wider specialty scene since the mid-2010s. The La Marzocco Strada EP espresso machine and Mahlkonig EK43 grinder underpin a technically rigorous offer, and public cuppings held on Tuesdays and Saturdays are open to all. Guido also runs a coffee school on the premises.
