Founded in 2015 by Jason Foster and Armand Candea, Groundswell roasts small-batch single-origin coffees at their Ravenswood location on N Damen and sells them alongside rare teas and local bakery items. Their Ravenswood flagship opens at 6:30am daily and has earned a devoted following among the neighborhood's runners and remote workers.
