Grindsmith

Grindsmith started as a tiny wooden pod in Greengate Square in 2013 and has grown into one of Manchester's most recognisable specialty roasters, with its Bridge Street flagship serving as the most design-forward expression of the brand. The roastery in Ancoats produces all the coffee served across their sites, with an emphasis on ethically sourced single origins and seasonal blends. The Bridge Street space - all botanical rafts, marbled concrete and living plant walls - is as striking as the coffee is consistent.
