Giorgia Roscioli opened this Monteverde Vecchio bakery-cafe in February 2023, bringing her pastry background from Retrobottega and Le Carrè Francaise to a neighbourhood that deserved better than average cornetti. The La Marzocco PB anchors a specialty coffee counter that rotates single-origin lots alongside homemade granola, jams, sourdough focaccia and savory brioche. No standing bar: the design deliberately refuses the Italian habit of taking coffee at the run.
