Goodman Roaster is a Japanese-founded specialty roastery led by Q Grader Atsumi Itoh, with its Huashan location on Xinsheng North Road in Zhongshan opening in 2024. The shop is best known for Taiwan Alishan high-altitude coffee alongside single-origin lots from international producers, all roasted in-house and served as light pour-overs. The open-air seating area and dog-friendly policy make it a neighbourhood anchor.
