Run by brothers Pelle and Kalle at Linnegatan 7, Gerd brings a Melbourne-influenced sensibility to the Linne neighbourhood with high ceilings, abundant natural light and a carefully curated coffee program using beans from Gringo Nordic. Croissants come from Kampanilen bakery and the egg sandwiches are a local favourite. The White Guide has recognised Gerd, and it consistently appears on Gothenburg best-cafe lists maintained by European Coffee Trip and local press.
