The home of the legendary Hagabullen since the 1980s, Cafe Husaren at Haga Nygata 24 occupies one of the oldest buildings in the neighbourhood, with a preserved glass roof from 1896 and K-marked architectural status. The cinnamon bun served here is among the largest in Sweden and has become inseparable from Gothenburg's identity as a fika destination. The konditori tradition is upheld with care, and the coffee program is taken seriously in a genuinely historic setting.
